Since 1989 when the first pilot plant trials for producing specialty soy proteins were conducted, Hamlet Protein has been producing soy-based specialty proteins for young animal feed. Today, Hamlet Protein has departments spread across all continents and their products are known worldwide to deliver an efficient, high quality source of vegetable protein with a strong return on investment.

At Hamlet Protein they know the importance of feed in animal production, and through their Innovation Center the company continues to develop and test new products to meet the customer’s demands.

PRODUCTS

The purpose of Hamlet Protein’s products is to promote health, welfare and performance of farm livestock, primarily for piglets, broilers and calves. Beyond young animal feed, the protein-based solutions add value to diverse feeding regimes in the swine business, including sow feed, and the production of turkeys and other poultry. The company also provides the aquaculture industry with proteins for trout, salmon and shrimp production.

At Hamlet Protein, all the innovative products are based on a patented bio-conversion process. The outcome is protein-based solutions rich in the nutrients essential to healthy growth. It has been documented that young animals gain weight faster when their feed contains ingredients from Hamlet Protein. This can be explained by the high digestibility of the proteins, which makes them easy to absorb.
